  DRIVER'S AGE:
Minimum age 21 years old
 

DRIVER'S LICENSE:

Driver must have a valid driving license held 
for at least 12 months
 

MINIMUM RENTAL:

One day (24 hours) 
 

TAXES:

All rates include V.A.T. of 19% 
  GASOLINE:
Gasoline is payable by the renter 
 

TRAFFIC FINES:

Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violation during the rental period are at the renter's expense 
 

DELIVERY/COLLECTION:

Free delivery and collection to/from hotels in Chania and Rethymno and Chania airport 
 

RENT IT HERE/LEAVE IT THERE:

All cars are available for one way rentals in the whole island of Crete. Prerequisite is the agreement and confirmation from Auto Kappa prior to rental 
 

INSURANCE:

All authorized drivers of Auto Kappa vehicles are covered against fire, theft, and liability to third parties for death,
Injury or damage to property.

 
 

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER:

All our cars have full insurance
(Collision Damage Waiver) with an excess of 300€ to 500€ (depends on car category) that covers all repair costs in case of accident.  It is valid only under the condition that the Greek driving code has not been violated. 
 

FULL DAMAGE WAIVER:

All our cars have full insurance
(Full Damage Waiver) with an excess of 0€ that covers all repair costs in case of accident.  It is valid only under the condition that the Greek driving code has not been violated. FDW is optional and you can request it either through the Internet or at the delivery point. The cost per day to benefit FDW is:

(From A to C and G category) 5€ through the Internet or 7€ at the delivery point. (From C1 to F1 category) 7€ through the Internet or 9€ at the delivery point 
 

GPS:

GPS navigation system is available only if you reserved it through the Internet. The cost of GPS is 3€ per day and the total amount cannot exceed 35€. GPS rental excess is 150€.
 
 

TIRE INSURANCE:

The customer is not responsible for damage to the tires if he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and pays 1.50€ per day insurance
